Services & Fees The Maryland Driving Academy guarantees the certification and qualification of all our Driving Instructors Basic Instruction: 30 hours in classroom & 6 hours on the road:  Please call for the fee (payment is not due until the first night of class)    Motor Vehicle Administration driving test with Instructor:  $90 for first 1 1/2 hours ($30 per 1/2 hour thereafter)  Adult with license requiring driving services:    $90 per hour and a half (automatic) Additonal lessons for student with learner's permit:  $90 per hour and a half (automatic) Drivers Improvement Program (NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE):   $70 PLEASE NOTE:   Please call Gary Killette at 301-257-7346 for testing availabilty BEFORE taking the course on-line!!!
